After graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering in Guatemala, I worked around three years as a software developer. Posteriorly,  I moved to South Korea to get my master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering where I spent the last nine years doing industry-related research using data-driven techniques such as machine learning and process mining.
